Who We Are

We love what we do and it shows.

With more than 25 years of experience in the field, we know our industry like the back of our hands.

There’s no challenge too big or too small and we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on.

There is no question that:

• Staff and students will often require additional support as they navigate academic life.
• You, as Senior Leaders, should not be expected to have all the answers.
• You should feel supported in providing the guidance required.

We provide wellbeing guidance, support and practical strategies to ensure that the mental health of your colleagues, yourself and your students is safeguarded.

Mission Statement

We are passionate about protecting and improving the mental health and wellbeing of your learning community.

We believe that everyone has the right to achieve their full potential, both personally and professionally, and that improved communication, collaboration and cooperation, within teams, leads to greater creativity, commitment, motivation and productivity.

Strategies & Plans

We customise every one of our plans to fit your needs exactly. Whether it’s a small strategy or a comprehensive effort, we’ll sit down with you, listen to your requests and prepare a customised plan.

We provide a holistic approach to organisational mental health and wellbeing, with a specific focus on educational settings; from initial consultation to the delivery of significantly impactful, agreed cultural enhancement strategies.

We explore issues around anxiety, low self-esteem and other mental health concerns and significantly improve outcomes for all staff and students.

What Makes us Different is our holistic approach.

With our Holistic Approach, we will enhance the Mental Health and Wellbeing of your learning community:

1. Through consultation, we provide tailored strategies which assist senior leaders to develop a clear shared vision.
2. We work collaboratively with staff to communicate this vision.
3. We deliver workshops which give staff the tools and strategies to confidently support colleagues and students.
4. We also provide cohort appropriate workshops which safely explore emotions, aspirations and resilience.

This approach ensures that Mental Health is universally understood and supported in a way that benefits your entire learning community.

Using various tried and tested techniques, developed from our years of experience working within education, the creative arts and in personal and professional development, we improve the discussion around wellbeing to develop a culture of awareness, understanding and support.

Our goal is to provide a platform for the deepening development of compassionate communities; to be catalysts for cultural enhancement around Mental Health and Wellbeing.
