Founder and coordinator of the international Give ‘em Hope Campaign which has given a voice to those who feel marginalized and limited by labels; creating a library of video and written testimonies. The campaign was honoured at the National Diversity Awards 2014 when it won the Community Organisation Award (Multi-Strand). 

Marriage Equality Pioneer who successfully campaigned for a change in marriage legislation by taking a legal case to the European Court of Human Rights with Equal Love UK (www.equallove.co.uk) so that all UK citizens could achieve their relationship goals. 

Motivational speaker, including numerous television and radio appearances internationally (NTV Russia, House of Pride, San Francisco, ITV News, BBC Radio, LBC, YGN Online); talks and workshops, notably the NO TO HATE Vigil at Trafalgar Square, London Metropolitan Archives and Andover College, the NUS LGBT Conference and the LGBTQ General Assembly on topics including, The Equality Act 2010, Cultural Change, Active Citizenship). 

Freelance writer with many articles on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the UK and US. Invited to write the foreword to “Retreating Forward: A Spiritual Practice with Transgender Persons” by Rev. David Elias Weekley and currently in the final stages of editing his own book, NEVER BLEND IN, which tackles suicide ideation amongst those who identify as LGBTQ+, through interviews with role models and CBT strategies, due for publication in 2020.

Created the RESPECT Program; an Academic Management, Tutor and Business Support training program, based upon the EQUALITY ACT 2010, which offered opportunities for all participants to explore and celebrate diversity and which created a forum for the development of immeasurable cultural enhancement in terms of recruitment, retention, achievement and progression. 

Coordinator of Festival and one-off charitable events to raise awareness and funds for numerous organisations including The Terrence Higgins Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust, MacMillan Cancer Support and many more in liaison with public figures (including Kylie Minogue, Stephen Fry, Darren Hayes and Joan Baez).
