Service item

Although well-versed in all areas of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, I am particularly passionate about helping organisations develop a greater understanding of neurodivergency and of providing staff with accessible training so that they can enhance their support for and relationships with colleagues, customers and all other stakeholders.

I would welcome the opportunity to answer any questions that you may have regarding types of neurodivergence and the reasons why many employers are now taking steps to support neurodiversity in the workplace.

I am available for speaking engagements and accessible workshops which can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation.

I look forward to speaking with you very soon, so that I can assist in supporting your organisational wellbeing and inclusion goals.

Your satisfaction is my priority.

Very best wishes

Neurodiversity

Despite around 10% of the UK population being neurodivergent, a mere 1 in 10 organisations consider neurodiversity within their people management practices.

Neurodiversity is a relatively new term that many people may not yet know much about.

However, learning more about neurodiversity and taking steps to better support it can be hugely beneficial for employers, employees and other stakeholders.
