You are easy to talk to and open up to and I don’t feel judged so honestly feel like I could tell you anything. 

The ability and opportunity to talk is so important for us all. Not necessarily to be provided with an answer but to just talk, to say what’s on our mind, to put words to our thoughts, hear our own voice and hence find clarity in our minds to find the answers within. 

It doesn’t matter who we are but it’s important for us ALL to talk. None of us have the answers alone and sometimes just the act of talking helps us realise that. 

There may have been occasions where I may even over share too much information hah but you make it very easy to give me that space to just talk out whatever my current situation is. 

At the beginning I was feeling very lost and I do think that by having these sessions it has helped me put things in my life into perspective and take back some control. 

You are very supportive and that’s what I need, just someone to let me know that things are going to be ok and that I can learn and grow from each experience. 

I do want to maintain that positive outlook as I think it is way too easy to get sucked into negativity! So our sessions really help to reinforce keeping to the positive vibes!
