People & Culture isn’t replacing inclusion. It’s where inclusion delivers its greatest impact.

Over the past year, I’ve noticed a significant shift in the conversations I’m having with clients.


Fewer organisations are asking for “DEI training.”


Instead, they’re asking how to:

• retain talented people

• develop better managers

• improve wellbeing and engagement

• build psychologically safe teams

• strengthen workplace culture

• navigate change with confidence


These aren’t different conversations.


They’re the natural evolution of them.


For me, inclusion has never been about ticking boxes or delivering one-off awareness sessions. It’s always been about helping organisations create environments where people can thrive and, in doing so, achieve better outcomes for everyone.


That’s why I’m increasingly describing myself as a People & Culture Partner.


The title may have evolved, but the purpose remains the same: helping organisations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures and workplaces where talented people want to stay.
