- Explore the meaning of D&I and understand the need to have both D&I in place in an organisation
- Look at the relationship between a diverse workforce and an inclusive work culture

How diverse is recruitment within your industry?
Is this diversity reflective of the audiences that you entertain?
What more could/should be done?
What does Inclusion mean to you?
How inclusive is this industry?
What more could and should be done?
What areas of diversity and inclusion could be enhanced?
